Registration Information:
- Registration will be active from November 15th, 2008 to March 1st, 2009. There will be no late registration for any reason.
- Registration is $75.00 for students and guests, $45.00 for SAVMA Delegates
- All students must be registered individually online. We can accept no group registration checks.
- Full refunds (less a 10% service fee) will be accepted up until March 1st. Email registration@savmasymposium2009.com for assistance.
- No refunds will be accepted on ANYTHING past March 1st, the final day of registration.
Wet Labs :
- Wet lab registration will close on February 1st, 2009.
- You may only register for a maximum of THREE wet labs.
- All wet labs are $15.00 except for The Wilds Darting Lab which is $25.00
- Please only register for wet labs that you are sure you can attend. If you get in and do not attend you will be taking another student’s spot unnecessarily. We will verify that everyone gets into one lab before anyone gets into two.
- Wet lab lottery will be performed after Feb. 1st and each registrant that makes the lottery will receive an email letting them know that they are in and have been charged the extra fee corresponding to their wet lab.
- No refund on wet labs once the lottery has been completed and the registrant has been charged.
Day Trips:
- Day trips on the other hand will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
