Are spouses welcome to come or is it for Vet students only?
What types of lectures will there be?
What's the registration fee??
What is included in the cost of the registration fee?
Are you going to put up a schedule of when the lectures will be and what day? This will influence whether I do a wet lab or a day trip. If there is a lecture I really want to go to I don't want to sign up for a wet lab or day trip and then have to miss it.
How far from the convention center are hotels?
Are there going to be awards given again this year? If so, where can we apply for them?
When is the deadline for registration?
Is the number of spots listed for each competition the maximum number of people from each school who can participate total, or just the number of people allowed on the field playing at a time? Ex: volleyball says only 6 people total, but we can also have alternates signed up as well to rotate people out, correct? How should we register those people for the team?
What are the dress codes for each of the Evening Activities?
I can no longer attend. How do I go about canceling my registration?
Where can I find a copy of the shuttle/transportation schedules from hotels to events? Will there be shuttles from hotels to the evening events?
Are we going to be participating/encouraging people to people to participate in Earth Hour on the 28th (...given that it is in conjunction with WWF)? http://www.earthhour.org/home/
What do I do if I cannot get to Columbus until after Registration ends at 4pm? How can I get my registration packet so that I can attend the event for the evening?
